Odo shows 69,753 miles (believed original). Real pennant blue Corvette (one of just 45 produced in this color, Pennant Blue is the 2nd rarest color for 55). Only 700 Corvettes were made in 1955. NCRS Top Flight. Fully documented. Completely restored in 2008, this Corvette achieved Top Flight status with an incredible 98 points out of 100 possible.A Washington State car since 1967, this particular car was the first Corvette EVER in Hawaii, being purchased there new by its first owner (Honolulu). A more recent owner cherished this car for nearly 25 years, an ownership that resulted in one of the finest restorations in recent memory. It remains largely original and shows in blue-chip condition throughout. Very correct throughout, fully documented, original miles, orig owners manual, Regional Top Flight - Bend, OR Sept. 2008.The original 265 cubic inch V8 and Powerglide transmission remain and have been completely restored to factory specifications. All of the body is arrow-straight with near perfect panels gaps and fitment. The interior and convertible top, masterfully restored by renowned Corvette guru John Kennedy, are immaculate.
